Ok, I guess I wouldn't like it if someone were to take a video of me while I was in the bathroom, but... Adrian is just so cute...

Peekaboo!

Crawling

Adrian has been practicing crawling for the last month. At the beginning of the year, he can only inch forward very slowly



Towards the end of January, he can push himself very high and go forward using mostly arm muscles




Now he is using his legs a lot more, and can stick his bum up really high (like downward facing dog!). His newest challenge is to sit up from a crawling position. He practices that day and night, especially when I'm trying to put him to sleep!

A day in the park

It's been quite cold and rainy here in Texas. Finally last weekend the sun peaked out so we went out for a walk in a park. Adrian really enjoyed being outdoor and being carried in the kangaroo wrap.

Food!

One of Adrian's favorite activities is to EAT! Whenever he sees us eating, he would start moving his mouth too. Here is a little sample of what he's been eating...

Let's make music!

We registered Adrian in music class at Kindermusik. He was a bit unsure and confused last week (his first class), but this week he is a bit better. At one point he was having so much fun he even burst out crying when it came time to put the instruments away.

Teeth!

Adrian's bottom teeth started coming out at the beginning of January, and the top teeth at the end of January. Now that he has both sets, we really have to watch out not to let him put our fingers in his mouth, because it *really* hurts when he bites.
